Become a Green World Distributor
FAQ
Q: How do I Join and Purchase?
Green World operates 3 branch offices in South Africa, located in Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban, along with over 100 registered distribution centers nationwide.
To join, you need to pay a joining fee of R190 and complete an application form with accurate information. Upon joining, you'll receive a Distributor Card and a Starter Kit.
For purchasing products, ensure you fill out the order form correctly, check the amount, and keep the stamped PINK COPY for future reference. This copy serves as proof of your purchase.
The preferred payment methods are Cash Deposit or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to the company account listed on the order form. Make sure to keep a copy of the payment slip as proof.
Alternatively, you can also make purchases online.

Q: How do I qualify for a Bonus?
-
To qualify for a bonus, you must first become a 3-star distributor.
-
All distributors must maintain a minimum BV (Business Volume) according to their rank to be eligible for a bonus. The BV for each rank is as follows:
- 3-star & 4-star: 10BV
- 5-star: 20BV
- 6-star: 30BV
- 7-star: 40BV
- 8-star: 50BV
- 1-star Manager & Above: 100BV
Ensure the required BV is maintained before the 25th of each month to qualify for the bonus.
-
The bonus amount will depend on your network activity and rank.
Q: How do I receive my Bonus?
-
Bank Transfer: Ensure that your banking details are correct on the Joining Form. Your bonus will be transferred to your account between the 20th and 25th of the following month. Make sure to provide a South African bank account with a valid branch code. If your banking details are incorrect or missing, visit the company with your ID and distributor card to update them.
-
Cash Collection: You can collect your bonus in cash at any branch office. Bring your ID and Distributor Card. Bonuses under R1,000 can be collected in cash. For bonuses over R1,000, valid banking details will be required for the transfer.
-
Foreign Network: Distributors outside South Africa will receive their bonuses through the branch office in their country or, in some cases, at their maintained distribution center.
Q: I purchased products, but the BV isn't showing on my Genealogy. What should I do?
-
Check your PINK COPY to verify that your distributor number, name, and stamp are correct. Ensure they match the information on your joining form.
-
If there's an error, bring the PINK COPY to the IT department at one of our branch offices for correction.
-
If there's no mistake, visit the distribution center where you made your purchase and request the submission record with the company stamp. If no submission record is available, report it to the General Manager of the branch office.
Q: Does my Distributor Number Expire or Do I Need to Rejoin?
Your Green World distributor number does not expire, and you can continue the business at any time. However, rejoining may be necessary if there has been misconduct or network issues.
- If you have stopped the business for more than six months, you can rejoin.
- If you need to rebalance your structure, you can rejoin within your own network.
- If there is misconduct by your upline, you may submit an application letter with supporting evidence to management for rejoining approval.
- Any illegal rejoining will be reversed if discovered or reported.
